In accordance with Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, if you have purchased one of our Tours and wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, you can fill out and submit this form electronically.
Following submission, you will receive immediate confirmation of receipt via email, printable on a durable medium, containing the exact date and time of your request.
Important information on withdrawal for digital services
- Loss of the right of withdrawal: Please note that, pursuant to Article 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for supply contracts if performance has begun with your express consent.
- Partially performed services: If you have requested the commencement of the service during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided to you up to the moment you informed us of your intention to withdraw.
- Refund: Should the requirements for withdrawal be met, the refund of the amount due will be made within 14 days of receipt of this communication, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
