Payment info

Payment can be made via the automatic system on the website.

Tour prices are in Euros.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated by email to info@thelandladies.it at least 15 days before the tour date.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% fee. Failure to cancel within this period or a “no show” will result in a 100% charge of the agreed fee.

Request to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, if you have purchased one of our Tours and wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, you can fill out and submit this form electronically. GO TO FORM

Following submission, you will receive immediate confirmation of receipt via email, printable on a durable medium, containing the exact date and time of your request.
